Self-retracting lifeline

The 100% Tie-Off Talon uses two independent lines, with one connected to an anchorage at all times. FALL protection manufacturer DBI-SAL has released a self-retracting lifeline said to provide 100% fall protection to workers who move about and re-position during work activities.
The 100% Tie-Off Talon uses two independent lines, with one connected to an anchorage at all times. It is used like any other fall protection lanyard or self-retracting lifeline.
The self-retracting device is activated by inertia, to limit fall distances and reduce the maximum arresting forces. A light-weight housing is mounted to the back of a full body harness, said to provide convenience and protection.
The Talon is available with large scaffold hooks for attachment to a variety of anchorage points. It can be used for scaffold works, tower climbing, inspection and maintenance activities.
