Sound-reducing safety nozzles

The nozzles are also said to reduce oil mist in compressed air systemsSILVENT has released safety nozzles to reduce the sound levels associated with blowing operations using compressed air.
According to the company, turbulence is the primary cause of high sound levels during blowing. The silencers muffle the sound of single or multiple valves, with impulse noise from pneumatic valves reduced by up to 30dB.
The nozzles are also said to reduce oil mist in compressed air systems. They come as hose silencers, central silencers or expansion silencers.
The safety nozzles can be used for factory cleaning, transportation, and drying or cooling down parts or products. They are compatible with occupational health and safety standards, as well as noise levels and compressed air safety stipulations.
