WorkSafe investigates Moora fatality

WORKSAFE Western Australia is investigating the death of a 37-year-old man at a factory in the Wheatbelt town of Moora yesterday afternoon.
The man was visiting the workplace looking for a job when a rack of steel beams he was standing beside collapsed.
According to WorkSafe, he was struck and killed by a piece of falling steel.
WorkSafe inspectors visited the factory to interview witnesses and investigate the circumstances.
