This high profile high profile multinational with a substantial manufacturing and warehousing operations in Africa, Oceania & Asia, is seeking to appoint an experienced Process & Systems Specialist to provide technical support to the regional manufacturing plants and champion process technology best practice.
This role will manage the standardisation of processes across the region to ensure alignment to best practice principles. The process technology that you will oversee includes process optimisation and rationalisation, support of new process implementation, technical process troubleshooting, process analysis and technical support for processes and equipment.
You will perform a regional role, however be physically based in the NSW manufacturing plant.
We are seeking a high-calibre candidate with experience in manufacturing and packaging processes. A demonstrated capacity to manage projects to time and to budget is one of the most crucial elements to being successful in this role. The ability to make decisions and proactive recommendations, and being resilient when dealing with the various divisions involved is important.
You will have process technology experience in an FMCG manufacturing and distribution environment, SAP knowledge (preferable), together with tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical/Process/Materials or Mechanical).
