Ergonomics conference to focus on sustainable

THE HUMAN Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA) is holding a national conference from 17 to 19 November 2008.

According to the organisers, the theme of the conference is sustainable performance, and will focus on maintaining an open mind and continuous improvement approach.

The society claims the conference is suited for ergonomists, risk managers, occupational health and safety representatives, manufacturing engineers, and industrial professionals.

The conference will also present the chance to partake in a Holden site inspection, and a post conference workshop on anthropometrics.
