Safety in Action trade show back for 2010

THE SAFETY In Action and Melbourne Materials Handling trade shows will be back in April 2010 in Melbourne, showcasing new occupational health & safety (OHS) and industrial safety solutions.

Event organiser Australian Exhibitions and Conferences says new OHS laws unveiled in late 2009 are likely to see a fresh influx of visitors to the Safety in Action and Melbourne Materials Handling trade shows.

At least 10,000 visitors attended the two Melbourne trade shows in 2009, with hundreds of delegates participating in Australia's largest professional OHS gathering, the associated Safety in Action Conference.

The Safety In Action and Melbourne Materials Handling shows will take place from 20 April to 22 April 2010 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre in Victoria. The Safety Institute of Australia will host the concurrent Safety in Action Conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre.
