PLATFORM Lift Company has released a platform lift with a slip resistant floor and a rigid handrail.
The Type A lift has contact sensitive perimeter safety edges that immediately stop the lift when touched.
The lift doors are self-closing, with the option to add power opening. The doors can be fire-rated, or partially or fully glazed according to client requirements.
Emergency stop and alarm buttons are located near the platform lift control panel. According to the company, the lift has a limited speed of 0.15m/s for safety.
